At Wiz Kidz, we appreciate the effort that goes into organising a conference (finding a venue, arranging keynotes and presentations, considering conference dinner and social programme, promoting your conference). After all that effort you want to ensure that as many people attend as possible.

One of the biggest difficulties for working parents is organising their time (both work and home) to attend work related conferences. This is particularly true where the conference takes place at a significant distance from their current location. Providing on-site childcare facilities means that your intended audience can attend (or even present at) the conference without having to first arrange suitable childcare. They can then enjoy the conference, safe in the knowledge that their children are being well looked after.

Understanding that each conference is different, we can tailor our services to meet your needs. We have an experienced conference organisor on our team who helps us tailor the best service for your conference. Some conferences prefer to get attendees to register a place at the creche at the same time that they themselves register to attend the conference. Some larger scale conferences prefer to have a free creche available which works on a first come, first served basis (much like a shopping creche) where a child attends for a pre-determined time. Furthermore, some conferences wish to have a creche available for a particular day or event, while others prefer that it is available throughout the conference (which can be a few days).

As an independent service, there will be minimal extra work for you with maximum benefit for your event.

Wiz Kidz can cater for all needs and requirements. All we need is a room at your venue (we can risk assess it and let you know the maximum numbers for the space). Our staff will arrive and turn this room into a play palace. The room is filled with appropriate toys/activities for the ages of the expected children. Parents can then drop off their children who are well looked after by our trained staff. Parents are then free to attend or even present at the conference.
